How to remove implict sharing in Account?

Hi,
I want to prevent owners of the child records such as Opportunity ,Contact,..  from viewing Account records due to ImpicitParent sharing  But I am unable to remove it from AccountShare . Is there anyway to prevent such users form accessing these account records , whenever a field 'hidden' in account is true?.

Hi Josh,

Implicit sharing is automatic. You can neither turn it off, nor turn it on. It is native to the Salesforce Platform. In other words, this isn't a configurable setting available in Salesforce.

Hi Mukesh,

Is there anyway to prevent child record owners from viewing the Account records whenever a account field hidden=true. Are there any turnarounds to overcome this Implicit shares?.
