Can we assign a different profile to the user that is generated when trial org is generated

The first user of any instance will always be the System Administrator. After logging in, you could create and assign profile for the other users.

Hi Kumar,

When a customer request for Trial of Application, he get the custom application in new Org. By default this user gets a profile of "System Administrator". (This happens every time when we request for any org : By default we get "System Administrator" profile)

The first user of any instance will always be the System Administrator. For your scenario, I'd recommend creating a second user in your trialforce master organization and assign that user the custom profile you desire. Or your "Getting Started" instructions can tell the customer to just create themselves a second user and assign the custom profile.
