I am getting error while importing stf translation file.

I am getting errors while importing stf translation file.
"The key's translation type must match the file's translation type". This I am getting for some custom fields also.

There is a formula field FieldLabel where I did not get any issue, but on the same field's Helptext I am getting issue.

Can anyone guide me how to fix this?

Error msg:
"Invalid key: CustomField.FX5__Crew_Planning__c.SD_Role_Description.HelpText. The key's translation type must match the file's translation type. ,
"

Hi,

To fix this issue. follow the below steps.

Update the file’s translation type in the file header.
Create separate import files for metadata and data translation as needed.
