Unablae to login

I tried login into salesforce but getting error "please check username and password or if you still not able  to login contact your Salesforce Administrator
Yesterday i login with same username and password.

Can you try click on forgot password and reset the password, if you are a system admin.

else contact any system admin in your office to reset your password.
