Hi all,
just wondering if you have any solution for this, this is for Feld Service lighning
Goal: when tech missed a SCheduled Start Time for a Service Appointment, Dispatcher will receive a notification
I tried on Flow and Process Builder, just don't know how to trigger it, anyone has better ideas to send notification, or any out of box settings? cheers
