Standard mandatory field to be deleted/removed

Hi All

Is there any possibility to delete/remove standard(opportunity) and mandatory field ?

Hi Santoshi,
Standard required fields are required. You can't make them optional. I have heard of people making Visualforce pages to set those fields to some value "behind the scenes", but they're still populated with some value.

Please consider logging this as an Idea with your case so that product dev team can consider for future releases.

You can't delete standard fields, but you can remove them from your page layouts. Navigate to the fields page for your object. Click the field label. To add custom help text, click Edit. Read more at : https://www.employeeconnection.me/
