Queues is not working

Hi, I have cretred the queue, but its not sending any email toi that queues mener can some on helpUser-added image. Please find the attachmet for more details.

Have you added the members to the queue and the member's emaiil id is valid. Is the email deliverability switched on?

Hi Bhagyashri,

Access level picklist value should be All Email

You need to check  SetUp==>>Deliverablity-->> Access Level==>> All Email

What is the action that would trigger email to be sent to queue members? Have you checked email logs to see if there is anything suspicious?

Nothing, Criteria is when ever new task is assigned to this queue email need to be trigger . Please check the assignment.
