I am getting the below error for the flow.

Hi Rama,

This is Salesforce internal Error also termed as Gack Error.  As per the error code it is because of some formula type miss match.
  
Formula result is data type (Location), incompatible with expected data type (Text)

Can you check if there is any mismatch in the formula which you created in Flow or in the email action.
