How to create a Tab to include

Would like to create a Tab to be able to remove Related Lists from "Details" tab. It is way too busy. TIA

Hi Jorge,

You want to remove Related List from Record Page then you can go through Edit Page option from Record page.
(Highlighted with red box) Click on cross so Related list will disappear.

You can also remove related list From Page Layout by going through Object Manager

And if you want to create tab then go here

And if you want to insert Tab in Record page then Go to Edit Page from Record Page and add tab from left
