Not able to see classic email templates in sandboxes

Not able to see "classic email templates" list or link in sandboxes.

Hi Pramod,

Please check the user Profile >> System Permissions, Manage Public Classic Email Templates & Edit HTML Templates are selected or not.

If this permission enabled then perform the below step and check

You need to go company information and click Match Production Licenses. You will receive and email shortly and after that you should be able to see the classic email templates in the quick find box.

I logged case to Salesforce and got reply to match license : Company Profile > Company Information > Match Production Licenses.
