How to implement social sign on (Google, Facebook etc) for custom login page?

I have created custom login page for community using LWC and wanted to impleted social sign on option for that custom page. Can anyone help me on this.

Yes for community but my login page is custom login page which I created using LWC component. we are not using salesforce provided standard login page.
