Automated voice call in Salesforce

We have a business requirement where, we are supposed to set up automated voice calls in salesforce. Basically, whenever a new account will be onboarded, a automated call will go to the contact and an automated voice will read the script we set up in salesforce to the contact.
PLease guide how is this possible in native salesforce or any app exchange product that holds this capability.
Thankyou

I did some research here. So basically i came to know that there is a contact center platform like amazon connect which is integrated with Salesforce service cloud voice. I also understood that my requirement would be handeled by amazon connect rather than looking into salesforce as salesforce is used just as a thin client here to accept and make calls, actual work happens in amazon connect (contact center). This much i know. probably we need to send the script to amazon connect. and then there using contact flows it can be achieved..
probably below link is what i need... https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/contact-center/automating-outbound-calling-to-customers-using-amazon-connect/
Can somebody suggest if i am in right direction ?
