Use Case in Salesforce to Automate using RPA

Please provide some use case of Salesforce that can be automated using RPA.

Hi Diwakar,
you can do a lot of things using RPA in salesforce. The thing is the process your company follos defines the need of RPA in your org. I will provide some if that can help you. you can automate the chat process that will your support team, you can also let the test class run during deployment, you can create accounts , contacts etc (by taking data from a CSV file) and you can also automate the approval process .
