package installation trailhead error

Hi there, i have started doing the app customization specialist superbadge, but as a pre requisite its asking me to install an unmanaged package, but when im trying to install it, it says-This app can't be installed.
There are problems that prevent this package from being installed.
Package Not FoundThe requested package doesn't yet exist or has been deleted. If this is a recently created package version, please try again in a few minutes or contact the package publisher.
please help thank you

Hi Swathi,

Greetings to you!

This is a known issue, an internal bug has been raised for this issue. The packages install just fine in an Enterprise edition org but cause problems in Dev Edition orgs. I will keep you posted once it gets fixed.

Superbadges package link is not working. When trying to install the package, it opens a new tab and says that the managed package doesn't exist or has been deleted.

I hope it helps you.

Kindly let me know if it helps you and close your query by marking it as solved so that it can help others in the future. It will help to keep this community clean.

Thanks and Regards,
Khan Anas

Hi swathi,

I went through your problem you can follow this process.

Install a managed or unmanaged package in your Salesforce org to add new functionality to your org. Choose a custom installation to modify the default package settings, including limiting access to the package. Before you install a package, verify on the AppExchange listing that the offering is compatible with your Salesforce edition.

I hope you find the above solution helpful. If it does, please mark as Best Answer to help others too.
