What does it mean by user can create access to own oppurtunity but not other's oppurtunity? How to provide access while creating a profile with this condition?

Hi GokulaKrishna,
On the profiles give Create, Read, Edit and Delete permissions for Opportunity.
Then set the OWD for Opportunities to Private.

The users would be then able to create, read, edit & delete the records they own.
