I have done all the advance setup. Please provide Step by step process in detailed.

- Advanced Cases - give it a routing priority of 1, Routing Model of Least Active, and set Units of Capacity to 2.00
- Basic Cases - routing priority 2, Most Available, Units of Capacity 1.00

I am getting below error in Service Cloud Specialist Superbadge in Challenge No. 5 - Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: We couldn't find the Advanced Cases configuration. Ensure you set up the routing for Advanced Cases properly.
I have enabled Omni-Channel
I have created Service Channel, Decline Reason, Presence Status and Presence Configuration.
I have added the presence status to the specific profile as well.
Created 2 Routing Configuration
1) Advanced Cases Configuration - Priority 1, Most Available, Queue - Advanced Queue.
2) Basic Cases Configuration - Priority 2, Most Available, Queue - Basic Queue.
Please help me, where I am lacking.

Error--"Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong:
We can't find a Contact Customer Case Task. Ensure a High Priority Task is created for the case owner to contact the customer."
