Hi,
  Is it Possible to create documents and how can we do ?

Hi,

* It is not possible to create documents in salesforce itself.

* You can create a document in your local PC and then upload it to Document within the salesforce.

* Use MS Word to create documents.

       Actually I have This Requirement,

"ICA (Template Document with entry fields for name/company name, and address plus autofill date box with signature date, needs to be able to     e-sign and save in system"

We can do this In vfpage.....If  U have any Idea Please help me
