How to Monitor Triggers

We have ran into an issue where our triggers have stopped working, they are not firing any longer.  We have been told there is no way to monitor the triggers so that we could be alerted when they stop working.  Has anyone found a way to be notified when a trigger stops working?

Hi,
I think there no feature like that but you can monitor it other way:
Step - 1: Add email message code in your trigger
Step - 2: Choose a test record.
Step - 3: Update the record by time based workflow/process builder/job on daily base.
This way you will receive a mail daily at a predefined time.
If you didn't get the mail, consider something is wrong.
