Auto populate the fields based on pick list values from another object records

Lookup relationship

suppose Account and contact have lookup relationship.
So account may have multiple contact and In contact object there is one picklist field like city : city1, city2, city3

Accoun : testacc
         |    |
         |    |
        con1  con2
         |     |
       City2  City1
       
       Let me know In this senario what you want to store in Account Record.

I have master data in one Object ... Based on  The above Screen, if you select  the District picklist the above field should get the data..
