adding values to multi select picklist

We have multivalue picklist field, which has 200 values. now we need to add 275 more to this list. is there a way we can add from excel or file instead of adding one by one manually

Hi,
you cannot copy the values from a file (excel or flat) to the add picklist values box? This should work like expected.

Copy the values line seperated to the new field.
for example:
new1
new2
new3
