#Spring20 New Mobile App not able to open Favorites!!!

This is a very concerning issue.

We need to access favourites in our mobile app. It suddenly stopped working. Has anyone found a way to deal with this? This is causing big trouble now.

Can you let me know what kind of error you are facing?

The issue is causing by the salesforce 1 app or FSL?

Hello, this happens in Salesforce1.

Before the new update we were able to favourite Opportunities and then access them from the Favourites list. Now there is a monitor sigh next to each Opportunity in the favourites list and clicking on it throws us an error: 'Can't open is Salesforce'

This can not be solved by editing the Mobile Navigation items. How do I solve this?

There are accounts in the link I sent you but we are solving issue with Opportunities.
