Kristjan Mariano Modify Reply, Reply All button in EmailMessage object
Hey guys,
Just want to ask if it's possible to set a default value for FROM and To address for the reply buttons? I tried creating a new action button with Send Email as its action to set a pre-defined value for the FROM and ToAddress field but there is no 'Send Emai' option in the Action picklist.

Yes I know that you should put the action in the page layout. What I'm trying to ask is how to change or modify the Reply buttons in the Email Message object
And I also want to know why there's no 'Send Email' option on the Action Type picklist when trying to create an action button in the Email Message object.
