Not able to generate a new self signed certificate?

I'm trying to generate a new self signed certificate, but don't seem able to in my production environment.  I can't find anything online as to why this might be.  Anyone have any suggestions? User-added image

Hi Heidi,

To resolve this issue you to enable one permission from the backend.

Log a case with Salesforce support only they can do it.

Thanks for the response!   Is this new?  They need to enable admins to do this?

Heldi the enable is for Org Wide not by Profile Based.

Once it is done Everyone will get that option to create certificate.
