Hi Ilse,

Greetings!

Seems like it is one of the document which you can find under Documents Object. If you are not able to find it in the Lightning experience then please switch back to classic and searchg as below:

https:// your domain/0153Y000006GqPu

which will redirect you to the file location then you will be able to replace the file by clickng on the button "Replace Document" as per your requirement.

Kindly let me know if it helps you and close your query by marking it as solved so that it can help others in the future.

Warm Regards,
Shirisha Pathuri

Hello, thank you. Are you saying to try with this URL? https://abb--c.eu30.content.force.com/servlet/servlet.ImageServer?id=0153Y000006GqPu I tried it this way and I’m just getting a blank page: [cid:image003.jpg@01D617E5.A85E24A0] — Ilse Alvite Channel Partner MarCom Specialist Mobile: +1 832-468-3795

Hi,

No,you do not need to include the servlets in the url.

So,can you please login to salesforce and click on setup.Once, you are on the steup page then append the Id 0153Y000006GqPu .

If it is still confusing then can you please share your domain url so that I can give you the direct url.

My example setup page url:

https://shirishapathuri123-dev-ed.my.salesforce.com/setup/forcecomHomepage.apexp?setupid=ForceCom&retURL=%2F0150o00000FEFXs

Then replace it with like this:

https://shirishapathuri123-dev-ed.my.salesforce.com/0153Y000006GqPu

Hope this helps. If yes,can you please mark it as best answer.

Thank you!

Hello, thank you, I tried doing it this way, and yes, I get to the source file and I’m able to change it: https://abb.my.salesforce.com/0153Y000006GqPu But when accessing the original URL again, I keep getting the same wrong image: https://abb--c.eu30.content.force.com/servlet/servlet.ImageServer?id=0153Y000006GqPu&oid=00D20000000oFs1&lastMod=1581609438000 [cid:image003.jpg@01D617E7.3437E190] When trying the setup, I’m not getting any information: [cid:image004.jpg@01D617E7.3437E190] Thank you — Ilse Alvite Channel Partner MarCom Specialist Mobile: +1 832-468-3795

Hi,

The original Url can be accessed via API call only. When you want to view it in the salesforce internally then we will have to use the recordId which has been there in the Original url.

Also, this url can be accessed via REST call only.

Kindly let me know if it helps you and close your query by marking it as solved so that it can help others in the future.

Sorry, I’m not familiar with the terms. So, does this mean I won’t be able to see the new image using the original URL? https://abb--c.eu30.content.force.com/servlet/servlet.ImageServer?id=0153Y000006GqPu&oid=00D20000000oFs1&lastMod=1581609438000 — Ilse Alvite Channel Partner MarCom Specialist Mobile: +1 832-468-3795

Yes,you can't access using the original url inside Salesforce. But,you can access the new image using the same URL on which you have replaced the document:

https://abb.my.salesforce.com/0153Y000006GqPu

Thank you!

Thank you, the thing is where I want to replace the image, I can no longer change the URL, so I was hoping to be able to change the image without changing the URL. Thank you for your help. — Ilse Alvite Channel Partner MarCom Specialist Mobile: +1 832-468-3795

Once, you go to the page https://abb.my.salesforce.com/0153Y000006GqPu you will be able to see the button called "Replace Document"

If you click on it then it will allow you to browse the new file. Then, you can use the same URL which will now have the new image.

Thank you!

I think I’m missing something. I replaced the image as you said, but when I go to the original link, I can see the very last id is different: NEW IMAGE ID: [cid:image001.png@01D617EA.3E6C0120] OLD IMAGE: [cid:image002.png@01D617EA.3E6C0120] Is there something I can do to fix this? thanks — Ilse Alvite Channel Partner MarCom Specialist Mobile: +1 832-468-3795

Hi,

I was not able to see the images that you have posted. However,I have tried in my local org by replacing the document and the ID haven't changed.

Seems like you are looking at the wrong place. Can you please double check the Document record Id.

Thank you!
