Can we send an Email on change of Email Deliverability? Is it possible? I want email on change of Email Deliverability from "All Email" to "NO Access" OR vice versa.

Hi Khushbu,

No access: Prevents all outbound email to and from users and there won't be any emails sent from your org.

Hi Khusbu,

We cannot write trigger/Workflow/Process builder on Email Deliverability. Neither I believe we can check it in Apex without sending a dummy email and catch the exception. So what you want to achieve is not possible.
Second point, If Email Deliverability is not All Email then we cannot send email from apex, So even if you get the Deliverability value you still won't be able to send email. So this task is not doable.
