Is there a win64 - Intel installer for Salesforce CLI?

The download button for Windows 64 has a .amd and my system labels that as potentially harmful. at https://developer.salesforce.com/tools/sfdxcli  

Any advice?

My system specs:
OS Name        Microsoft Windows 10 Pro

OS Manufacturer        Microsoft Corporation

Try that again, I just check and it is coming as exe file. You can also try this direct download link:
https://developer.salesforce.com/media/salesforce-cli/sfdx-windows-amd64.exe

amd is in name and not the extension. This is a secure file. You can check below link to get sample guidence: https://newstechnologystuff.com/2018/03/16/sfdx-a-new-way-of-development/

It may have been a secure file but before I got your answer I used npm to install it directly from github.  Thank you Tushar for answering.
