How to Add user field or formula field returning the user in the related object and populate the users in that field in Relationship-based sharing?

Is there any way that I can seamlessly manage an extensive of users for sharing without coding? I am not finding it as standards

You can use Organization-Wide Sharing Defaults to fulfill your requirements.
