Is there any 3rd party tool in the market to make sharing of reports easy?

Is there any 3rd party tool in the market so that by using it I can seamlessly manage an extensive of users for sharing?

In standards, I have to do manual sharing of records and that too with a heap of coding. I am tired now spending alot of time doing coding.

Hi Naman,

You can share a report or dashboard folder with up to 25 users, groups, roles, or territories from the UI. ... Select the folder access level for the user, role, group, or territory. Click Share. The sharing setting is applied to the Who Can Access list.
