After update the filed Email sent to user after 24 hours using workflow rule.

Please help me on below senario what I need to do.
I want to exclude saturday and sunday from Email alert.
Example.
If workflow rule is updated a field on Friday at 3.00 pm then email is sent to user on Monday 3.00 pm.
For this what formula I need to write to meet this criteria.
