How to find out how many quarters are there in between Start Date and End Date

We have a requirement for Dividing total contract value based on Quarters. 
Suppose Start Date = 2020, 5, 18
               End Date =  2021, 5, 18
For the above two dates, there are 5 quarters. 
             Q2, Q3, Q4 for 2020 and
             Q1, Q2 for 2021.
So, how to calculate how many quarters are there in between Start Date and End Date.

Please help me with this. Thanks in Advance.
