How to Remove Two factor authentication after logging out Account

Hello Everyone,
I have deleted the Accounts from my mobile authenticator and Mistakenly logged out from the Salesforce account. I cannot again login or add the account in a Mobile authenticator.
Can someone please help me in retrieving my Salesforce account?
