How to setup default domain in Salesforce.

In my Salesforce org, the default web address is not our domain, it is 3rd party manage package, and whenever trying to set a site, it is pre-populated their domain, not our domain. Because of that when we embedded Chat code on our website it is giving warnings/Errors - see the attached screenshot.
Is there is a way I can change the default web address or default domain?

Hi Nazz,

If you are using my domain name for the first time, then first go through the below module first and setup domain after that,

For your reference check the below articles too,

I hope you find the above solution helpful. If it does, please mark as Best Answer to help others too.

Thanks!

Hi Abhishek,

Thank you for your help, but that is not helpful for me.
My domain is already setup, and the issues are the Site is not set up as my domain.
The site domain is from the managed package.
I don't know how to change the site domain.

Nazz then you have to use Cname for that.

Check it.
