How to make the Avatar image in Salesforce Web Chat dynamically appear as the Salesforce User's image?
Does anyone know if this is possible, and if so, how to enable it? Right now it appears you can either select an avatar image for all agents, or you just get the letter of the agent's name.
As per https://success.salesforce.com/ideaView?id=0873A000000CZzzQAG and https://success.salesforce.com/ideaView?id=0873A000000E5UuQAK it is currently not possible to Display individual support agent's photo.
