Hello,
Can you please tell me the steps to create second-generation managed package and how to create namespace associated with it. I also want to enable Dev Hub but can't see any option of Dev Hub in Quick Find box.
Please help me with this.

What is the edition of the org in which you are trying to enable dev hub?

I am on Partner Developer Edition in which i am trying to enable Dev Hub. But i can't see any Dev Hub option in Quick Find box.
