i am working on Trail head Develop and Test Changes Locally, butcan not see the option for Outbound Change Sets in setup

Hey Shital,

In which org you are practing the trailhead? Is it the practice org ?
In the practice org, you will not see the option of changeset as the org is not integrated with any other salesforce org like sandbox org or production org.

Yes Priya, I am working on regular development edition witch is free while you learn Salesforce using Trailhead. Not  Professional, Enterprise, Unlimited, and Performance editions.

Hey Shital,

Then it that case, you have to create one more salesforce Org and then try to connect them. 
Once it is connected then you can use the concept ot changeset to transfer the metadata.
