Redirecting to account after lead conversion

Hello Everyone,

I am facing an issue after conversion of lead. After converting the lead, when I click on opportunity it redirects to account record page instead of opportunity. I want it to redirects to opportunity after clicking the opportunity on lead conversion page.

Any Idea how to solve this?

I have tested in my demo org, I have converted lead as Account & opportunity. After conversion, it will go to the account record.

I need to understand, from where you click on opportuinity link?

Are you converting lead as only opportunity or Account & opp?

As per my understanding, your requirment is, when convert the lead by default it should go to the opportunity page? Am i correct?

If yes, then its not possible.

Using the standard conversion screens, it isn't possible to direct the user to the opportunity instead of the account.

There is an AppExchange  app lets you configure the landing page after converting the lead. Refer the below link
