auto-fill fields on Live Chat - after hours

Hi all,

hope you could help this
we use SF embeded service for Live chat
managed to prefill some fields on Pre-Chat form by using below code

but couldn't find any code we could use for after hours form, anyone knows? cheers

Hi David,

I dont think we can auto fill fields on live chat after minutes or hours and currently this would be out of box functionality.
