Possibility for Wiki solution into OneForce Salesforce application

Is there any possiblity of implementing a Wiki solution to be embedded in one of the objects. If yes, how?

Hi Mayank,

So we want a tab within salesforce where the users can type in their queries and can get solutions or information that they request for.
Like a Wikipedia within salesforce.

Hi Smitha,

I have not seen any implementation as you mentioned before. But I know that there is a Solution object in Salesforce. Take a look at https://resources.docs.salesforce.com/212/latest/en-us/sfdc/pdf/salesforce_solutions_implementation_guide.pdf for details.

You may also want to take a look at SOSL which can perform multiple object queries.

Also, consider that this data that you would store in Salesforce would count towards the Salesforce Storage limitations. I would recommend using External or Big Objects if the data is very huge.
