Force.com site contact lookup is not showing

I have custom controller in that created self lookup to create contact but it appears in VF Page not in force.com site.

Please someone help in urgent.

I suggest you go into the Site and make sure the anonymous user also has access to the custom fields/lookups and related objects.

Hello Khan,

Really thanks for your effort. I already tried this nothing is helped me. From the same my force.com site i have different page in that page i can see lookup but this page not showing i don't know what is the problem and how to fix it.
