pre chat additional branding changes are not reflected on the chat window

I changes I am making on the additional branding for pre chat on the snap in is not reflecting. There is no code snippet change I am seeing with this

Sorry for this issue you are facing.

May I request you be more specific on what kind of changes are you trying to do and what are those changes which are not reflecting?

If you can help us with some more information we can look into it and can help you troubleshoot the issue.

Also, I would suggest you please look into the below trailhead module which has relevant information. Hope this helps.

Hi Nagendra Thanks for your response. I completed that trailhead module. The changes I am making are to the pre chat form in additional branding I am trying to change the standard “start chatting” button to “lets chat”. It doesn’t reflect on the web page.
