Cannot find new picklist field in Group by column for Task Kanban board

Hello friends

I created new picklist field on activities and trying to refer that on task kanban. But for some reason i am not able to see that picklist as an option for group by field section. i checked permissions of that custom field and it is visible for me as well as for some other profiles in the system. Any help would be hugely appreciated.

Go to the list view and edit the Kanban board setting and add the picklist value as shown below

Sorry if my question was not clear. I basically created new picklist field on activities and trying to group that field on task kanban settings without any luck. Is there any limitation that you are aware of on the picklist fields that are going to be availble on task kanban?

Never mind it was actually realted to profile settings. SOme how i overlooked my profile settings.Thank you for your help though.
