Optimizer offline for maintenance

I'm trying complete the Lightning Experience Rollout Specialist challenge #1, but i cant use Optimizer tool.

If i go to http://optimizer.salesforce.com/, i receive this message:
Offline for maintenance
This app is undergoing maintenance right now.
Please check back later.
On Trailhead playground, Setup>>Monitor>>Optimizer, same message:

I can see this report to be offline since i last run in december 2018, can anyone from salesforce let us know whats the issue and when it will be back online.

@Chetena you will not be able to complete the challenge until Salesforce fixes the Optimizer.  I opened up a case with them yesterday and they pointed me to the following Known Issue (https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=000350804&type=1&mode=1).

You can use local version of Optimizer for free in the appExchange just there to pass your trailhead challenges : https://appexchange.salesforce.com/appxListingDetail?listingId=a0N3A00000FMczdUAD ;)

Thanks Benjamin, however, I tried that and it didn't work for me.  Did it work for you?  I'm still receiving the error:
