Hi All,

I am not able to complete the module "Customize Compact Layouts" andI am getting below error. Please help in resolving this.

Hi Baburao,

You may get this error if you have made some changes in report and did not refresh the dashboard.Try to refresh the dashboard and then check for challenge.
If your problem still persist then follow the steps below.
1.Delete the existing dashboards/reports
2.Delete it from the bin as well
3.Wait for 5-10 minutes
4.Try to Check Challenge again
5.The original error should disappear and be replaced by a challenge related message like ‘Couldn’t find a Dashboard named Team Scorecard’ (ref.Business           Administration Specialist  “3. Create reports and dashboards”)
6.Now try to create the deleted dashboard/report from scratch. Make sure you don’t make any mistake in the name, as for some people error appears when they rename a Dashboard

Thanks for the reply Deepali but I am able to pass through the error by creating the new trailhead playground and completing the challenge there.
