Thank you for your response. The links provided are perfect if I want to maintain both Salesforce and Freshdesk. We are thinking of just using Salesforce moving forward that is why we are looking if it is possible to migrate Freshdesk tickets including the comments to Salesforce Cases. Is this something that is possible?
Thank you again in advance.
Any additional on how to do this?
What did you end up doing for your migration? I am just starting to gather requirements for a migration from FreshDesk to Salesforce.
