Business Admin Specialist Superbadge Challenge 2

Trying to configure permission sets and I cannot get any of them correct. Ada does not have a drop down option for Chatter. I have four options for each person: Force.com APP, Force.com free, Partner App, Salesforce Platform and Work.com. I have tried all of them. I have researched online and everyone seems to have a different view and options than I have. Ulrich the marketing Box is greyed out so I cannot check it and stays grayed out with each permission set I select. I am tried Lightening and Classic, same results. PLEASE HELP!

I re-entered Ada's information using the permission set and then added user. I still cannot find a Permission that allows me to check the marketing user box for Ulrich.

I had the similar problem and I followed the below steps:
1> Create all users and make the 2 users active as per requirement
2> Deactivate Shinje 
3> Go to Lincoln and change licence to SALESFORCE, Profile to STANDARD USER, check MARKETING USER
4> Activate Shinje

@kevinThorton - Edit this Ada user with any new email user name , recreate the user , you will be able to see chatter options
