how to customize community domain portal url

i just want to customize the domain name and url which will show on the community login page.
for example 
the existing url.-https/for03042019-ppms-clientportal.force.com/PPMSClient
new url-https/ProjMms.com/Client-Login/SouthFlorida

I think you or your company have to purchase a new domain from salesforce. That way you will get your own community url.
When you enable my domain in your org, that default give you default url.
