View State Limit increased to 170 KB

Hello,

Did anyone else notice that the view state limit in Visualforce pages has been increased from 135 to 170 KB in the new release of Spring 2019

That's correct. With Spring'19 release the limit is increased from 135 KB to 170 KB.

Yup , noticed it today . User-added image

 

For some instances, I guess it was updated back in the first week of Feb, but for my instance, it was showing 135 KB until yesterdayand today its like 170KB , Boom!

Yes, I have noticed it; it has been changed to 170 KB from 135 KB. Of course, it's a good move from them and we all should appreciate the change since change always gets things newer.
