How do I obtain a project binaries on a force.com hosted website?

I have been asked to send my client project binaries/ a project deployable for our force.com hosted website.  I have not been able to find any where to obtain the files. I tried creating a project in Eclipse IDE but think I am missing somehting in the steps. Any help would be greatly appreicated.
