I want to display count field, when i select count from picklist.

Hi Guys,

Need help from devs here.
I have 3 fields. 1 picklist with count & premium.
other two fields count & premium. 
My question is, when i select count from picklist, count field should be display and premium should not. And when premium is selected, premium should be displayed and not count.

Thanks Shekar, but i already have record types on the custom object. I am trying to hide a field when a value from picklist is selected on standard layout.
