How can I run a mass update on all opportunities, just to fire process builder?

I had to adjust a formula for one of my formula fields. However, I also have a field that is set to match the value of the formula field. The field is set via process builder.
 
After I updated the formula, the second field only updates after an update. (Edit => Save)
 
Is there any way I can perform this action (Edit => Save) on all Opportunities at once?

You could try the following in Developer Console => Debug dropdown => Open Execute Anonymous Window, then paste the following to fetch all Opportunities and run update on all Opportunity records. 
List<Opportunity> opps = [SELECT Id FROM Opportunity];
update opps;

Thank you! Is there a max amount of Opportunity records that this will work for?

The update dml statement has a process limit of 10,000 records.

Ok great, how about Process Builder? All of these opps will enter process builder when the update executes, if I'm not mistaken.
